I had booked a flight from Bangalore to Bhubaneswar on 26 th September 2022 at around 5 pm by airasia light I5-1563 .While booking on the app, at first i got a message that the flight has not been confirmed and flipkart app got hanged, hence i ignored and thought would try later but i got a message from my bank that i have been charged Rs 5470,i spoke with my bank they said if the tickets are not confirmed they would refund the amount to my account, but to my utter dismay when i checked flipkart, the booking id 220927265364 showing failed status. I have been following up with Flipkart from sept 26 till today’s October 13, but my amount debited 5470 has not been refunded, if there is no ticket booked why flipkart is not refunding my money. How much time it will take to get the refund, are you doing this deliberately stealing my money.
