Hello Team
I have booked an Indigo flight thru Flipkart site (Flipkart Flights for me and my family (wife & kids – 4 members) from Gauhati to Hyderabad before lock down period. As it was lock down, airlines cancelled my flight and refunded the money of my flight on 2nd July, 2020 however the refunded money went to Flipkart account as I booked tickets from Flipkart flights sites. I have been following it with Flipkart team a number of times but they are saying many excuses and not returning my money yet. Its been mental harassment to me to call them after every 2-3 days as they are asking for 24 to 48 hours of resolution time every time I call them. Even mail support also very bad that when I send email, after 1 day I will get a reply asking me to wait for 24 to 48 hours resolution time.
Please assist me in getting my refunded money of INR 19, 884/- which is refunded by Indigo airlines to Flipkart on 02 July-2020.
