I booked a flight ticket 9 months back, from Bangalore to kolkata via flipkart travel and got it cancelled from airindia within 24 hrs. As per policy of AirIndia I should get full refund and airindia executives confirmed the same in call But flipkart is denying to refund stating that I will get my refund only when i will get a confirmation mail from airindia stating the full refund. Now i am stuck between Airindia and flipkart customer care calls. Every time I call flipkart they ask for 48 hours to update me with the details. But flipkart never calls, airindia is also not giving anything in written. I am trying to resolve this issue on calls since 6-7 months, now I am frustrated.
