i Order two item wakefit mattress and cover in flipkart with this order id OD125396181218628000 on 6th july2022. That time it clearly mentioned 9th july the item will ship and 12july it will be delivery on my address but it not happen so when i called after 12th july the item still not shipped so the flipkart customer care told me it will ship after 24hrs like this they told me upto 20th july2022 so i waited for this . on 20july i thought it will not shipped till now so i cancel the item because it tooks more time to ship.
after cancel the item i didnot get the amount refund so i called on 21july they told me it will take 48hrs so again i called flipkart on 24july2022 they told me it will take 24hrs so like this keep on increasig the days only they didnot give refund till now when ever i called they will tell it will take 24hrs.so now almost 11days completed still i didnot get the refund . can you help me how to get the refund amount it will be helpfull for me.
without calling flipkart customer care they are closing the ticket with no comments .
