I have ordered a wrong water purifier from flipkart unknowingly .
This particular water purifier can’t be installed in my home as we don’t have corporation water supply . This purifier works only on corporation water .

So I want to return this order and get a refund.

But flipkart is saying it is against their policy and not ready for return.
