I ordered an iPhone that was cancelled by the seller. They initiated a refund that never reached my account. I got a proof from the bank that it the refund transaction got reversed back to the merchant’s bank account but Flipkart is refusing to look into it. It’s been 3 months but they are just not ready to help me with my refund of 62098.
