I ordered queens bed in Flipkart on 25 mar and it delivered on 29 mar 23. Till today installation not yet done so I waited for one week and contact several times to customers care but no use. So i cancelled my order and requested for refund. But they not even giving me refund as well as they not coming to take product and they just denied my refund. As per their policy I didn’t even open the product box. I paid 10,890rs they not not giving me services as they assured so I need refund and help me on this. My Mob number – 9742194432.
