I am order to Flipkart Apple AirPods on 14/12/2022 and product received 17/12/2022 and I got the used product which is not New and when I connect the device it shows with some persons name. (Kaka) Also when I checked the serial number for warranty the produce is 2 months old. I am calling to Flipkart and tell them all the problems and he saw go to Apple Store and tell them. I am go to Apple Store he also told me this is used AirPods and then again I am calling Flipkart he saw u go to Apple service Centre .
I am tell Flipkart I am living Border Area and my to Apple service centre one side may be 35 KM and not possible again going to service centre Please return or replace the product with full or final payment. This is my 2nd and last request to you to proceed with my issue to avoide any legal actions that it. Flipkart tell exchange policy not this product.please help me am already last Saturday to Monday evening waste my time and also RS 750 petrol .please I need justification
