I have ordered an item from Flipkart on Jun 20, 2023 for delivery on 3rd July 2023. Still it’s not delivered and they ate still forcing me to cancel the order against their cancellation policy, which refuses the cancellation after 24 hrs. Flipkart backend teams sending emails requesting me to cancel but Flipkart customer service agents are telling that they cant cancel, even I cant cancel from the flipkart application.
