I placed an order for dishwash tray and paid for it on Sep 28, 2022 and got a defected product after almost a month on 20 Oct, 2022. I requested for a replacement and have not received it yet. Every time I try to contact them, they keep saying it will be delivered in 2 days, but nothing yet.
