I place an order from flipkart site. while placing order delivery date was 11Sep23. However, they didn’t delivered on given date. while contacting to delivery executive, he is not ready to listen anything & he simply disconnect my call.
Flipkart customer care is very bad. They are don’t care about promise delivery date. they simply postponing delivery date every time when I called to their customer care. I was insisting to transfer my call to customer care manager so, that I can raise my concern. But, they keep in on hold & don’t transfer call to customer care manager.
It is very bad experience with Flipkart & to be very honest I will not recommend any one for flipkart. I would not place any order on flipkart in future
