I ordered Samsung S20+ mobile from Flipkart on 17th of October 2020
It was supposed to be delivered on 28th of October and it is not even dispatched yet today is 31st of October their consumer team is falsely promising since 27th that the issue will be resolved by today everyday and now they have changed the resolution date to 4th of November, I am not sure even if they will do anything by then.
I cant even cancel my order as bank has charged me card charges for opting flipkart smart upgrade plan.
please help,its 14 days already since I ordered
