In March 2020 I bought vu 4k tv with buyback guarantee option with flipkart. So I want to claim the buyback guarantee in August 2022. I saw in some of the television products I am able to see that I am eligible for buyback guarantee. Once I agree the terms and conditions and seeing discounted amount in cart. Once I click “add to cart” button, flipkart shows error ” Something went wrong try again later”. Few days ago there was a same glitch I reported to flipkart team. They told that it will be resolved. But still issue exists. Flipkart is cheating customers by selling with buyback option amd make us to pay extra for it.

Same thing happening with me , my 3yrs complete tv protection plan is ending on 21st June 2023 , flipkart & Jeeves both are playing their cards , they don’t care for their prime customers & their customer support team is a joke , they are the most shameless company / e-commerce platform in India , govt should take strict action against them.
