Flipkart No refund for my product

Text of Complaint by Sonali:

My order ID with flipkart OD225532612351243000.

Wrong product sent by flipkart, when i placed return request, flipkart dint manage to do the pickup even after continuous followup for almost a week and there is was no solution from any of the flipkart support executives. All are worst. Nothing happened for my pickup. finally i had to cancel return and place a new request so that the pickup would happen, but nothing happened from flipkart still.
I had to contact the courier partner whose message i had received once and arrange for the outstanding pickup showing at their end. Courier partner did the pickup after 12 days. I sent snapshot of the delivery tracking to flipkart grievance team, but i had still not received refund for 2100 Rs paid which are hanging with flipkart for 12 days now.

Flipkart company is fraud and they dont provide proper customer support.

I want my refund to be initiated on high priority and penalty/ compensation for mental torchure given by flipkart
