Text of Complaint by Shubham Praful Gothale:

I have orderd hisense LED tv from Flipkart. Firstly I found the manufacturing defect in the tv that there is clear gap between display and tv body so I have applied for the return and replacement under Flipkart 10 days return policy. I have raised the issue as per the policy for replacement but Flipkart was unable to process my replacement request within 9 days so on final day of return policy I asked for the refund . But they have told me to wait for 48 hours so they can accomplish my request. But I called them frequently every two days (48 hrs) even after that they were telling me to wait for 48 hours.
They were not able to solve my replacement request so I finnally I asked them to raise a refund request from my end . But now the seller is again and again rejecting my refund request even when there is a clear visible fault .
As I applied for refund and as suggested by your customer care I placed a fresh order for same new tv . Today only new tv was about to deliver I asked my customer care whether I should accept the new tv or not as my previous tv return request is still pending and I asked for the status repeatedly. On the call she gave me status that my previous tv return has been approved and I may receive the new tv now. So I received the new tv accordingly. But the return request has been cancelled seller again and now I have two TVs where one of them is faulty and other I have not open yet .
Now it is clear that seller is not accepting the refund request even Tv has fault . And I have been mislead by the Flipkart customer care so I accepted the new one and now I am completely stuck with loss of around 90k .

I am attaching all the evidence regarding the above problem discription including voice call recording with customer care and video sent by technician who visited for technical visit
