I have ordered some medicine from the flipkart health app and delivery products are crushed and not in a good condition then i called up customer care girl Sneha and she said send the images while link and person will pick up your medicine and will refund you and when i said how will u compensate me then there was no response and if i want to return anything then why should I complain i can easily go to refund policy but there is no proper response and no compensation
