I wanted to know about your team, that there is not done any work properly.
Just said please contact to another team they provide you solution and another one is just delete the ticket from the panel, where I’m not able to view this ticket.
Recently I raised a ticket about the blocked listing and claim payments.
Team passed the claim but amount not transferred in account and when I recall the team, they just close the case and said we don’t take any action about your issues.
One of employee name Sanjay from Seller Extreme Recovery team from Banglore office flipkart.
He said to me on call, “you not allow to sale any popular brand name on flipkart in the listing” and he don’t provide me any resolution about my issue as already mentioned on this incident. and provide me a mail id of Flipkart Grievance and said you can write a mail about all issue but flipkart rules are as it is.
and the Account Manager namely Vasim Pasha (vasim.pasha@flipkart.com),
not do any anything for our account, and now no received callback request and nor accept the call, just not done anything,
Still do not take action by your team.
I don’t know why you not work properly.
