This complaint is regarding with my order no.OD226072714487676000 (Iphone 13) dated 23rd-Sept-2022. The delivery was scheduled on the 29th Sept 2022.
1. But it got delayed by 3 days, I waited for 3 days and called customer support but I got the next date of 4th Oct.
2. I called on the 4th and got to know that my package had been lost. Flipkart customer support provided me an incident id and again provided me next date of 8th Oct.
3. I called on 8th and got the next date of 10th Oct.
4. It’s the 10th today and I still don’t have any resolution for my issue.
Final resolution till date is I have not received my order yet.
