Flipkart Logistic Partner (Ekart Logistic) cancelled the delivery with out any intimation

Text of Complaint by Chahat:

I ordered for the mobile phone Realme C25s with order ID-OD222690321276547000 on 27/08/2021 worth of 9999. it was showing that product will be delivered on 30/08/2021 but the order was not delivered till now (03/09/2021). When I called on CC to know the delivery status then they informed me order was cancelled on 02/09/2021 since logistic was unable to deliver the product on the provided address. My other for the mobile Realme C20 order ID-OD2227378603025000 was also cancelled on the same day (02/09/2021) since I was raise a complaint against the logistic team. Could Flipkart and its logistic partner elaborate the all reason on which basis can cancelled the delivery of product after taken the order from the customer. Ekart Logistic team always do this kind of activity with their customer. Previously they stolen the some items from the box in case of grocery needs to be handover. Now it is showing only cancelled in Flipkart Order Menu instead of providing reason for cancellation. previously it was showing need to be deliver.
