I ordered samsung galaxy f62 phone via flipkart smart upgrade plan. At the time of repayment of 30% i didn’t got any link for repayment. After continous request to customer care, i got a payment link which is not working . I got another payment link from customer care when my phone is locked . I processed the payment but still after 5 days, my phone is locked. I am following up with flipkart customer care but my phone is still not unlocked and they are asking for more money to unlock my phone.
Please look into the matter and ressolve the issue.
