Text of Complaint by Aashima Chanana:

I bought Samsung F62 on 9/8/2021 from an electronic shop near me. The phone worked fine till August 2022 then I started receiving notifications from flipkart to pay money for smart upgrade plan or else my phone will be locked. I had no idea what smart upgrade plan was so I just brushed it off. On 7th Sept 2022, around 11pm my phone got locked I then tried customer care on explaining him the issue and checking all my orders on flipkart he said tha you haven’t purchased this phone but from whom you have purchased he must have purchased it from dlipkart smart upgrade plan so that he can earn profit by selling it for a higher price. I had a very important job meeting so I requested them to temporary open the phone as there is nothing I can do at 12:30am I have to wait till morning but therewqs no support from them when asked to talk to supervisor he cut the call. Today morning when I spoke to the seller from who I got the phone he said that he got it from a their dealer and their dealer must have purchased it through flipkart. With no mistake of mine I am stuck here with my phone locked and the seller dealer putting blame on another people. I want to escalate this matter and want to get it solved as soon as possible my work my contacts my everything is on that phone. I who bought the phone by full payment is suffering not the seller or the dealer when the mistake is theirs. Please do something asap.
