Dear sir
Order ID – OD330364280268602100 purchase on Flipkart and no any option return .I ordered a different color and it came in a different color.
In this regard, I again request you to solve my problem.

Iam purchase a lipstick red colour on flipkart date 01 feb 2024 and delivered my door date 04 feb 2024.
After that when I opened the box I found another brown color lipstick.Which I don’t like at all.And I do not use this color in lipstick.Sir, there is no return or exchange option in this app not is there any option to talk to customer care executive.Due to which my complaint is neither being registered nor resolved.
So plz dear sir i humble request my complainTherefore, my complaint should be resolved as soon as possible.and plz take action.And please return this product and transfer my money to my account.So that I don’t have to suffer any more harm and trouble .plz do not ignor.
