I hope this message finds you well. I am writing to bring to your attention a concerning issue I have encountered with my recent order. On October 28, 2023, I placed an order for a mattress through Flipkart, with the expectation that it would be delivered on the same day. However, to my disappointment, the delivery was delayed.
Subsequently, I was informed that the revised delivery date would be November 3, 2023. Regrettably, the order faced yet another delay, with the promised delivery date now set for November 5, 2023. Unfortunately, as of today, I have not received the mattress.
What adds to my concern is the fact that I financed this purchase through Bajaj Finance, and my first EMI has already been deducted. This has left me in a situation where I am paying for a product that I have not yet received, despite the originally promised delivery date of October 28, 2023.
I have reached out to Flipkart’s customer service on multiple occasions seeking clarification and resolution to this issue, but regrettably, I have not received the assistance I had hoped for. I was informed that their policy does not permit order cancellation in this situation, which leaves me in a difficult position.
I understand that delays can sometimes occur due to various reasons, but the lack of timely communication and the inconvenience caused have left me deeply dissatisfied with my shopping experience. I kindly request your immediate attention to this matter and seek a swift resolution to the delayed delivery of my mattress.
