I have purchased a TV from flipkart along with Complete protection plan from Jeeves consumer service private limited which was valid for 2 years.
After 4 months of usage we faced internal damage and raised a request to Jeeves by paying 500 Rs, and they confirmed that the television can not be repaired and as per the insurance policy they said they will replace the product or refund the amount.
Raised the concern on Feb 1st .
Till now I have called and drafted email many time still there is no response from Jeeves as well as Flipkart.
Flipkart is not taking any responsibility except sharing their number.
Jeeves are not bother to give the resolution.
