Purchased MI-TV under Flipkart extended warranty, we paid and took additional warranty without checking their review.
Now, Just 3 weeks back it stopped working and according to the policy it’s in paid warranty tenure.
We call Jeeves and lodge a complaint and as per them it its under warranty and will be repaired within 7 days, but the funny part is 3 weeks is already completed and we are clueless.
Below are the points observed within these 3 weeks:
1.As per Jeeves it takes 7 days to come and check, which never happened.
2. Whenever we call their customer service team they are even clueless and don’t have proper information from the extended warranty department.
3.No option to transfer the call to them, no option to get a callback, no supervisor or manager.
4.When we do back-to-back follow-up with MI we come to know that they have written a mail to MI not to repair the TV as the spare part is costly, I’m going to attach the screenshot in this form.
5.They have 1 rating on google reviews and all are frustrated customers, as this is the same story with all the customers who took their extended warranty.
