Jeeves plan id CMFKBE050222000782 which was purchased on flipkart along with Motorola G71 5G smartphone
My device has been damaged in accident due to that the complete mobile phone is break includes display & and not in power on state .
I register claim with jeeves on 19th may on which documents requested and i replied back with documents .
After 3 days on 22 may, 2022 i got email / sms that claim has been cancelled due to insufficent / clear documents .
This was clearly fraud & and customer service deficency towards consumer .
Attached the screenshot of email from jeeves & and things not covered under complete protection plan .
Kindly resolve my issue
