Issue:-The Honor Tab(item 1) delivered to us was defective. It didn’t have receiver and the sound phone icon was not working. It was not able to switch b/w speaker and normal mode.
The Technician visited once and told we cannot rectify it as there was no receiver and sound icon not toggling.
After that we talked to the customer executive and they sent a person for returning the products. We did return the products but only keyboard (item 3) was refunded.
The other two items was taken back and we had so many calls with executives and we had to repeat the same story again and again.
Also we were asked to track who was the person who took the products and neither did flipkart had any track of it. Its been annoying for us because its been 1 month by now following for refund of the amount.
Also they are asking proof for the products returned. This is the problem with flipkart. They don’t have proper guidelines. We are not supposed to track of the person who ever has picked the product. The Flipkart is completely responsible for this mistake and we want the resolution ASAP.
This item was returned along with Honor tab(item 1) and keypad(item 2). I have got the refund of the item 3 but I have not got the refund of the others (item 1 and item2).
