I order LYF water 1 phone from Flipkart on 2nd of April and it was delivered to me on 9th April. It was an open box delivery and the boy who came to deliver the phone opened and showed me that imthey delivered me a different product instead of white they gave me black and he said it’s also looking good please keep it, I was ok to accommodate the colour but sooner I figure out that there is a defect in the phone and front camera isn’t working. Since then I am trying to replace it but the pick up people are rejecting stating that the color of the phone does not match, then I raised concern to Flipkart and they confirmed they can’t do anything about it since I have accepted a phone with different color they can’t help me. The phone is a defective phone and in order to return it I have faced so much mental pressure and frustration amounting to health issues.
