Flipkart is taking more than 1 month to replace my product.Rather, the replacement date of my product should have been within 1 week.

Hello sir I would like to tell you. Very bad incidents are happening with me recently about Flipkart. If I get my ad set between the 6th and 7th March, the order that I ordered for me, then sir, . there is a defect in the ear phone, then I do a complaint raise after that. On my behalf and I have been told that you will get technician visit . But sir as soon as the date of technician visit comes. Technician visit is not there after that a lot of effort . Then I tried a lot and talked to your customer care almost I would have made six to seven calls. Even after that I did not get any result. Then as soon as my return request is approved to me, but even after that, I keep having problems. After that I am given a date. You will receive your order on 15th March, but I do not receive my order till 15th March. After that I am called. You will receive your order by 22nd March. But today it is over. Sir I am not getting my order. I am having lot of problem. you please solve it and give me some answer..
Now it happened a few days after that :- (yesterday)
I contacted Flipkart again and spoke to their senior faculty. He said that your delivery date is still not fixed. This order can also be cancelled. I asked him, why did you say this, they tell me we have been trying to talk to the concern team, but I did not get any definite reply. I don’t have any information about my product till now.
