I recently bought 2 pack of comfort (Fabric conditioner) of 220ml by paying INR 284. I was not aware of the MRP when I bought these products. In local market the MRP of this product is 58 Rupees. So max retail price should 116 Rupees for 2 packs. So flipkart is selling these products in market in almost double the price. When I understand this dishonest activity, I demanded for refund of this product and they were not agreed for refund. I have attached here the invoice copy for your kind perusal.
I want the refund and the confirmation that they should not sell product more than MRP.

Some Flipkart’s sellers are selling products more than MRP , Flipkart is not taking action against them.
A product i bought for 220 contains two creams 25g each and Actual MRP was Rs. 75 each i.e. total Rs. 150 which is much higher and there was no delivery charges for premium members.
There are lots of similar products listed an several customers complaining in the comment section about the same.
Last year Flipkart got a penalty of Rs.50000 only for Rs. 70
I’m trying to connect with Flipkart but they’re seems not interested in solving the issue.
BYJUS’S try hard to convince their coustomer to come in a trap to sell their useless course, they ask us to try and return in case we don’t like the product & service, they call it easy return but it’s actually a trap and really not easy for a normal person to make the return come true, you will select regional language they will talk to you in English, you will select Hindi language they’ll talk to you in English, which they don’t understand by the way.
They promise you to refund the course amount along with courier charges that spent on sending the books and study material.
But in reality after sending several mails and calls it’s really very hard to get refund, fortunately I got the course amount refund after lot’s of hard work, but I haven’t received the courier charges till now and trying hard to get it as well.
