I ordered a mattress worth Rs. 4399 from flipkart.com on 26th July 2022 and that was supposed to be delivered on 9th Aug But I wanted to cancel the order so Flipkart support team suggested me to not accept the order at the time of delivery so I did the same. But later they called me and said you cannot cancel the order as mattress are made on a customer orders only. I said ok I will accept the delivery. So the next delivery date was 31st Aug but on that date I again got a call that it will be delivered on 31st September (2 months late). So I asked them this is too late because I am moving to another city so just cancel this order and refund my money. He cancelled the order but refund is still not done its been 12 days. Everyday I am calling the Flipkart customer support team and they are saying that the item has not reached the seller yet, so once the item will reach the seller then only we can do the refund. I asked them to give me the date when it will be reached (to seller) because its been 2 months. But they are not giving any date and just lying every time.
They are asking me to wait and there is no solution being provided till date. Please help.
