Flipkart is not ready to return back my money also not delivered the product

Hi Team,

I have ordered the “Maxpro 405M 2HP(4 HP Peak) Multifunction Folding Treadmill” on 2nd Oct’2021 which is a cost Rs.25085. Flipkart is supposed to deliver on 14th Oct’2021. Today 25th Oct’2021 – Till date they were not delivered the item, also none of the Flipkart customer care is ready to take the responsibility to cancel the product and return back my money.
Very lazy answers from the Flipkart team that, “Please wait for some more days to deliver the product”.
Order id and Ekart Logistics ID are incorrect and they couldn’t able to find the product now.
They told me to wait, I have waited till 20th Oct’21 from 3rd Oct’21. After that, they told me to wait until 23rd Oct’21. Again they said to wait till 25th Oct’21. Today they are telling me to wait till 27th Oct’21 and closed the old ticket as resolved. They missed the product and they keep on postponing my issue. The Flipkart team is not ready to take the responsibility to return back my money also they are not even bothered to pay penalty or resolve the issue as soon as possible. I am escalating this behaviour about Flipkart and request the respective team to take the necessary actions.

This behaviour is making customers to fool. If not, then why this issue is keep on postponing and what is the problem to return back my money.

2nd October 2021 – Ordered the product.
Ticket raised on 3rd Oct’21 to deliver the product faster.
Waited till 14th Oct’21.
Later team told me to wait till 17th Oct’21 saying that someone will call and help me to resolve the issue permanently.
After the 17th – The team told me to wait till 20th Oct’21.
Later moved to 25th Oct’21. Now they mentioned in the website that “Issue is resolved and postpone to 27th Oct’21)
(None of them called me and return back the money till date)
