While placing an order of iPhone 13 (128 gb, Midnight) from my business account during Big Billion Days, the GST checkbox was greyed out. However, per the confirmation received from Flipkart’s customer care department it was just a technical glitch which was supposed to be resolved in sometime. They further confirmed that this product that I ordered was eligible for 18% GST Waiver.
I have been following up with them since then and they are not providing me with the GST waiver and the correct Invoice instead they are telling me to place a new order where the GST will not be available.
They have been insisting me that GST Waiver is not applicable on all the iPhones during the sale which did not seem to be true as it was available on all other iPhones but the option was greyed out for me even after getting a confirmation from their customer care department.

Yes the same issue is faced by me too. Since the first 2 hours of sale, they are not providing gst on specific sale products. On the 1st phone I purchased they provided gst number and while ordering the 2nd phone they removed the option for same. Contacted the help centre and they gave the same answer ‘ will be resolved in a while’.
Brands like Croma are also doing same, even on store visit these guys refused to provide GST bill for their sale on iphone 13 which was offered at 52000 roughly. While asking the manager, he simply refused to provide or even consider the matter and answered back by saying ‘sir phone price’s and gst are as per Croma’s wish’. He said you need gst bill take phone on full price, on discount they will not provide gst bill.
This is highly unethical and straightforward fraud done by these companies to not provide GST when it is clearly charged. We are paying gst and deserve to claim it back no matter the item is on sale or not.
Someone should check if the invoices they are providing are even genuine or not. What bs are these stores pulling off? I doubt they are even billing this as a gst item.
Nothing has been changed, are they doing some tax fraud or something?
This has happened to me with pixel 7a as well
