I bought a product “prestige roti and khakhra maker” with order id. OD113483230964100000. As the product was defetive. I filed a replacement request. The product replacement was schedule on or before 13th oct. But neither i got any official mail or msg on my mobile regarding it replacemet delay. As i was facing problem so I bought the same product offline on 19th oct. Now on 20th oct they told me that they are giving me refund. After 5 min. Latter they are telling me for replacement. Now my point is I want refund. What will i do with another same product.
