I have ordered Order ID – OD223882781502688000 mi phone on the date of 12th of January, they have promised delivery date is 23 of January but flipkart account order status is still showing as not yet shipped, in this case i have made call 10 times to need help option, no one is taking care of my order and disconnecting my call, now they are telling on or before 27 of January product will be deliver, but flipkart app is showing it will get delivery to day itself.
Why they are missing TAT time and why they are misguiding customer?
Without product available why they have started booking option? If everything is ok why they are not delivering?
I have sent an email as well to priorities this but no response till now. This is one kind of fraud taking money and making delay and cancelling order.
Govt should not allow this kind of apps.
