I have purchased “Redmi Go” mobile from flipkart (order “OD115310967413236000”) and this device has been delivered on 27th April 2019 and i was not at home to check the device on 1st May 2019 i came back to home and thought of checking the device and i have turned it on and charging was low so i kept it for charging and device taking some 3:00 to 3:30hrs to get it full charge and i do no that this device take that much time to get it charge so thought of returning it away and take “Nokia 2.1”. I called customer care and discussed the same but they are like we wont take return for any electronic items we will give replacement and my question is to them that if i dint liked the product then why cant i return it and they are like no we cant take it for return we will replace you the product but do really replacement makes any changes? No right? because it is new device and built as it is.
So, Do that mean i wasted my money by trusting flipkart? or by purchasing products from flipkart?
Why can’t i return the product if i dint liked its quality/performance?
What will it makes change if product get replaced when it has been designed as it is? and if i have known this before like this product take such time to get it charge then obviously i might have not choose this device for my sake.
I need this product to be returned that’s it.
