Text of Complaint by Vadlamani Hemasree:

Dear Sir,

We have raised complaints for return or replacement of our product Laptop which was purchased on 20.05.2021. After using the laptop, the product is getting heated within 10 minutes. As per the first use, it might be because of charging the laptop. However, the issue is persisting till today. We are also getting a smell as if something is burning from inside and we are worried if the laptop will burst. We have raised complaint to return the product. However, Flipkart customer care is not listening to our issues. They are not even escalating to the higher authority. They are saying that we can return only before 7 days.

Without using the product for few times, how can we identify that there is an issue in an electronic good? We have spent lot of money on it and they are not even considering our issue.

Please help us in returning our product and get back our money. Without resolving our issues, they have closed our tickets.
