Issue: Regarding Nothing phone and its Pre-order pass.

I purchased “Nothing Phone (1) Pre-Order Pass” worth 2000 rupees on 5th July 2022 (order ID is ‘OD225382136133689000’). At that time there were no norms describing saying this amount will not be refunded once you purchased. Later the norms are updated, which is not fair.

Using the above pass purchased or placed an order for nothing phone on 14th July 2022 ((order ID is ‘OD225463137141905000’). I received item on 19th July 2022, since from then i am asking in the invoice why the 2000 rupees Pre-order pass amount is showing as coupon (Coupon is for which I did not paid the amount but you are giving some discount on it, but for this i paid 2000 rupees how can you project that as coupon which is not correct).

Now the phone i received is defective, you refunded the amount by deducting that 2000 rupees of pre-order pass. How these are fair policies. In that case you should replace the product until I receive the genuine product or you should refund the full amount.

Here are my questions:
1. While purchasing the pass you did not mention the norms, later you updated it. Is this a fair policy?
2. Later you updated the norms/policies as by using the pre-order pass the purchased phone is cancelled the amount 200u rupees will not be refunded?
i) When you are mentioned in the above policy, you should not force the customer for the refund?
ii) When you are refunding, i did not cancel the item as per you wish you cancelled it. So the above pre-order pass policies should not apply here?
iii) How are these called fair policies?
iv) There will not be proper customer care support, what is the use of customer care?
v) Given below grievance numbers will not work, where is Grievance support?
