I ordered an AC on flipkart on 15-04-2019 but the product was not delivered within the promised time which was supposed to be delivered on 18-04-2019 between 12.00pm to 3.30pm and apart from this they promised installation of AC by 19-04-2019 but it is not done. I didn’t get any information for the installation of AC for 3 days. So I called flipkart customer care they accepted that they did a fault. So simply I asked what’s the compensation I get for a fault of you because whenever we make late payment on flipkart pay later option they charge a penalty of 3% or 200 whichever is higher. So I asked for free installation of AC they simply rejected it and I rejected the installation until I get a proper resolution and assurance from flipkart. But the flipkart team is very worst in dealing the customers they are not providing any resolution. I have been raising the issue for the last 9 days and they are non responsive.
