I purchased TV from Flipkart.
Order Details:
• • Purchase Date: December 27, 2022
• Delivery Date: January 7, 2023
• Installation Date : January 8, 2023
Warranty Information:
• On January 8, 2023, a technician from Jeeves visited for installation and informed me about an extended onsite warranty for 3 additional years, for which I paid ₹2,259. I received an invoice for this payment. attaching the invoice for your reference.
Current Issue: Unfortunately, my TV has stopped working, and I have been attempting to claim the warranty. However:
• Flipkart support has informed me that the warranty was purchased from a third party and that they are not responsible.
• Jeeves customer support claims my mobile number is not registered in their system.
• The technician has advised me to contact Flipkart for assistance.
Timeline of Communication:
• Contacted Flipkart – Received no resolution.
• Contacted Jeeves – No assistance provided.
• Contacted the technician – Advised to call Flipkart again. Contacted the Mr.expert owner a couple of times. Initially he said he will check and respond, but now he is avoiding my calls.

It has now been 45 days without a resolution, and I am seeking your immediate assistance in this matter. I have all relevant documentation ready and can provide it upon request. They did not give any resolution. Flipkart and Jeeves support team cheating the customers and looting the innocent people money by giving fake warranty details.
