Hellow i am BIBHABASU MONDAL FROM WEST BENGAL, i have won a mobile phone MOTORWALA g13 on flipkart on ipl predict and win contest as a weakly reward on 31st june, 2023. They gave me a coupon and using it i ordered my mobile that costs me 41 rs. the mrp of product is 13,999 and selling price 9999 .
The order processed bill made and shipped on the next day.
after it dispatched from howrah kolrun, Nadia ecart centre to my destination sainthia. suddenly i received a msg about refund of the product no cancelation msg was sent to me. Then i contacted them they told that seller has cancelled it giving a reason wrong pricing issue. and cut the call.
if it was price error then why the seller processed? and using coupons price of product obviously decrease which shows
flipkart art is stealing prize and now thay denies to give me that.

Now they are blaming the seller and refuses to give me my phone or my ordered product or wining prize.
SIMPLY IT IS A SCAM I AM ATTACING THE BILL OF THE 8D ALSO… THERE FLIPKART EVENT OFFER (2 OFFER 1 COUPON) ALSO SHOWS WHICH INDICATES I HAVE WON THE PRIZE.
PLEASE HELP.
