Subject: Complaint Against Flipkart Ignite Service for Deceptive Practices and Refusal to Issue Refund
Respected Sir/Madam,
I am writing to formally lodge a complaint against Flipkart Ignite Service, which has failed to fulfill its promises and engaged in deceptive practices.
On 1.10.24, I subscribed to the Flipkart Ignite Service, which advertised comprehensive Flipkart account management with the assurance of becoming a successful seller and receiving 10 to 15 orders daily. Based on these claims, I paid Rs. 14,159 for the service.
However, despite my best efforts and adherence to the service guidelines, the promised support and order volume were not provided. When I requested a refund, it was unjustly denied. I have come to know that numerous other sellers have fallen into this trap, resulting in significant financial loss and inconvenience.
I kindly request the Consumer Court to intervene in this matter and take appropriate action against Flipkart Ignite Service for its unfair trade practices. I seek a full refund of Rs. 14,159 and measures to prevent further exploitation of sellers.
