Yes even our experience is not at all good. We only keep calling and do not have any knowledge about how to do listings and no proper support provided. They have hired telecallers for the same.
Also this programme is not executed by Flipkart directly. kindly refund my money

I took Ignite services of Flipkart on 18 Aug after being reassured by them that I will be given A+ content for 3 of my listings based on which I agreed to pay and take their services. Soon after payment, Ignite representative called and said A+ cannot be provided for 3 listings. She insisted I create more products and add new listings since Ignite does catalogue creation for10 listings.
I have totally wasted my money and time enrolling in Ignite. There is no response to my emails and the call back numbers don’t work. Even the webinar links don’t work.
This issue has been unresolved for more than 1.5 months now and I am sure 2 months will get over like this and my tenure with Ignite will be over before it is resolved.
Ignite is simply fooling people into enrolling and then not doing anything aferwards.
I need immediate refund of Rs 4718 that I paid Ignite.
