Hi My name is Roshan Sayyad, I am living in the vicinity of telangana state.I have purchased the Flipkart Perfect Homes single box bed worth 7300 rs and
Bharat Lifestyle Amsterdam Engineered Wood King Bed worth 12400 rs from Flikpart Ecom site on Apr 13th 2023.Installation was happened on Apr23,2023. We have found the damage post installation with defective issues and quality issues. Regarding this raised so many complaints to flipkart within the return policy and they delayed issue without giving solution by not providing refund. A technician has been assigned by flipkart or seller to provide the feedback on Product return, but technician not at all visited since he has to travel from 80 km and sending wrongful feedback wantedly without visiting location. He also personally called and insisted us to keep the damaged product to support seller for not to get return of product which is not acceptable. I have clearly mentioned these concerns about technician wrongful doings with seller but still flikart not providing any solution and delaying issue. Flikart also promised me that they will solve issue even the return policy closed also, now becoz of delay in providing solution flipkart is rudely behaving with customers and without customers knowledge closing the issue by blaming customer that customer did wrongful selection hence the policy closed or reached the timeines and they can’t give solution to my issue with defective or damaged product. Also flipkart saying that i need to deal with seller directly, but i did not purchased product from seller, the product been purchased directly from flipkart.
Hence it is requesting and brought to your notice that flipkart is playing fraudlent games with customer by getting help of seller. Both flpikart and seller plotting all this to customer to loose their money by providing qualityless products not as descriptive and with the wrongful technicain doings. As we had to lose valuable money from these emorce sites by not getting correct solutions from Flipkart and their sellers.
Kindly provide the justice and help me to get the refund of product purchased from flipkart.
