I have puchased a phone from onlinewebsite flipkart with old mobile exchange, when i was booking the phone with exchange, in website it is showing if your phone is good then you will get 3200 if your phone is having body damge then you will get 2750 if your phone is having display issue then you will get 1800. but when agent came to give new mobile with exchange old phone then he saying will take your phone Rs 1700 which is never mention anywhere in website after that i was cancelled the order i have not taken new phone not given my old phone to them, its completely cancelled.
After that same day again I have puchased a phone from onlinewebsite flipkart with old mobile exchange , when agent came and saying we will not take your old phone, we want full amount for new phone or else we will not give you a new phone.
Main concern is 1st time they are ready to take my old phone with differerent price which is not mentioned anywhere in website, 2nd time when they came for pickup old phone that time they are saying that we will not take your phone and taken full amount.
My phone is coming in 3rd catageory like 1800 price which is mentioned in flipkart but flipkart agent was asking in 1700 which is not mentioned in the website.
