Basically I bought a Nokia TV from Flipkart and I purchased a 3 year warranty and after 13 months from purchase date they forcefully refunded my warranty but I never wanted any refund and now my TV has Panel Issue and now the Warranty company is charging me 80% of the TV price to repair when it should have been covered in my warranty.
Now I had emailed them the notice that I’ll a this issue to consumer court so the Warranty Company (Jeeves) agreed to give me back my warranty but not Flipkart is harassing me and not providing the right invoice of the TV so that I can claim my warranty.
