Flipkart has delivered wrong product and upon requesting return they blocked account

I want to return the product (Order ID:OD429289351518741100) which I have been delivered on 03-Oct-23 due to size constrain. As per Flipkart site it is returnable up to 10 days. II am not able to do so because my account has been blocked as soon as I tried to return, without any warning and prior intimation. I have raised complaint to Flipkart (Complain ID: IN23100313580719312345] and since 3rd October I am calling customer care and I am getting only one answer that “we have escalated your concern and will be resolved in 48 hours”. I am waiting for those 48 hours since 3rd October.

This is to inform you that Flipkart is not customer centric company. They are delivering wrong product and blocking account so that customer can’t replace or return. There is no warning or prior intimation and just simply blocking account on their wish is ethical?

I understand that blocking account is to protect genuine customers’ interest but how flipkart have decided that I am not genuine customer. Please see my purchase history, I bought 3 iPhone from flipkart.
If I am not genuine customer then why would I waste my time by calling customer care daily ???

It’s ok if Flipkart don’t want to unblock my account, I just want to return the product as mentioned above and want refund of my money paid for that order.

Kindly help me in resolving this kind of one sided approach from flipkart.
