flipkart has recently block my account mailing me that my recent order has been canceled and my purchased history tells that whatever i had purchased is not for personal use but i had buy the product for my family and friends use i mail them 5-6 times but they reply me with that same email i even try to make contact with them via call but the customer care agents told me to reply the email only.
they are doing unfair with me because i have flipkart plus member account with 50coins in pending means i can redeem Rs.1000 flipkart voucher from flipkart app and they don’t want to give me that so they had done this by blocking my account.
