I am a Flipkart plus customer, from past 6 months I am not able to buy a single Mobile Phone handset as it says “You have reached the Maximum units allowed to purchase this item”. I have made several complaints regarding this to flipkart people but they are unable to answer my query.
I asked them that what is the number you have allowed to a particular account to buy, but they didn’t answer my question. Once there executive told me that you will be able to buy a Mobile phone again after a span of 90 days but now it has been 165 days now that I am not able to buy mobile phone. Either my order is automatically cancelled or the mobile phone will not add to cart with message “You have reached the Maximum units allowed to purchase this item” though I had not purchased or rather flipkart has not allowed me to buy Mobile phone from last 165 days. I request you to tell flipkart to give me a reason why this is happening with me again and again and to give appropriate reason with policy guidelines and disclaimer so I can further proceed for legal action with this e-commerce company.
