Grocery ordered ORDER ID – OD125636313548447000 ₹692 on 3rd Aug 2022 with committed delivery on 7th Aug 2022 but as on date Flipkart delivery partner EKart not delivered order. Daily new extended delivery date msg coming from Flipkart but no delivery done. I have requested for cancellation of order but neither they r cancelling it nor delivering my order from last 12 days. I have opened ticket for cancellation but it has been closed without any resolution. Telephonic customer care never helpful at all. They are giving fake assurances and commitments of delivery soon but no resolution provided. Flipkart expert Mr Aayaan yesterday assured me that order will be canceled within 24hrs but he also committed fake assurance.
I want my refund of ₹692 on priority basis now. Flipkart has harassed me a lot from last 15days continuously.
